Because each Shape Theory product is custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. To request a resolution, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We review all requests promptly and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All Shape Theory products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. We offer domestic with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on production times.
